Donghua Dai

Donghua Dai is an accomplished chemist with extensive experience in pharmaceutical and biochemical research. Currently serving as Director of Chemistry at Think Bioscience since July 2024, Donghua has held significant positions at Pfizer as Sr. Principal Scientist and Principal Scientist from July 2019 to July 2024, and at Array BioPharma Inc. as Sr. Research Scientist and Medicinal Chemist from August 2016 to July 2019, focusing on the design and synthesis of small molecule inhibitors for RET kinase. Prior to these roles, Donghua was a Senior Research Scientist at CiVentiChem, achieving major milestones in process development for drug candidates. Donghua's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Howard University and postdoctoral fellowships at Duke University and Wayne State University, contributing to the preparation of novel drug derivatives and methodological advancements in synthesis.
