Angelica Deo (Suarez), CSM has a diverse and extensive work experience. Angelica currently holds the position of Senior Project Manager at Think Company since 2022. Angelica also provided thought leadership for company process improvements, advising c-suite leaders on strategy. Additionally, they played a key role in onboarding, training, and mentoring new Project Managers, and led an initiative to optimize the company's project proposal estimation process.

Before joining Promptworks, Angelica worked as an Associate Merchandise Planner at Aeropostale in 2019 and prior to that, they held various roles at Macy's from 2016 to 2019, including Assistant Buyer - Girls Classifications, Assistant Merchandise Planner - Home Textiles, and Executive Development Program Trainee.

Angelica'searlier experiences include working as a Resident Assistant at the University of Delaware Office of Residence Life & Housing from 2014 to 2016, and internships at ELIE SAAB and Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival in 2015 and 2014 respectively. Angelica also gained experience as a Fashion Merchandising Intern at Switch Skateboarding in 2014.

Angelica Deo (Suarez), CSM, earned their Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Delaware, where they attended from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, they also had the opportunity to study briefly at the Paris American Academy, focusing on fashion. Additionally, Angelica has obtained several certifications in the field of Agile and Scrum. In 2019, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance. In 2021, they further enhanced their skills and knowledge by obtaining the certifications of Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E), Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs (CAL-O), and Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T), all from the Scrum Alliance.
