Neha Agarwal

Neha Agarwal has over 15 years of work experience in the design field. Neha is currently the Manager of Design at Think Company, where they have been since January 2021. Prior to this role, Neha served as a Design Lead at Think Company from January 2019 to December 2020. Neha also worked as a Senior Experience Designer at Think Company from July 2016 to December 2018.

Before joining Think Company, Neha worked as a Design Consultant at Latika Roy Memorial Foundation starting in July 2006. Neha provided design expertise and guidance to the organization.

Neha's teaching experience includes being the Department Chair and Associate Professor of Graphic Design at La Roche College from August 2010 to July 2016. Neha also held a Visiting Assistant Professor position at Philadelphia University from August 2008 to May 2010 and was an Adjunct Instructor at Tyler School of Art, Temple University from August 2004 to December 2008.

In addition to their professional work, Neha has been actively involved in the design community. Neha served as a Board Member on the Education Committee for AIGA Pittsburgh from August 2011 to June 2016. Neha was also a Membership Co-Chair for AIGA Philadelphia from June 2007 to June 2010.

Throughout their career, Neha has contributed to various design projects as a consultant, including working with Kahani Magazine as a Design Consultant from September 2008 to September 2010. Neha also had experience as a Designer at 20nine Design Studios from July 2007 to August 2008 and as an Editorial Designer at B&G Design Studios from February 2007 to June 2007.

Neha Agarwal obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Visual Communication Design from the University of Dayton, which they attended from 1999 to 2003. Neha then pursued further education and completed a Master of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from the Tyler School of Art between 2004 and 2006.
