Ron Lerma

Ron Lerma has had a long and varied career in the business world. Ron began their career in 1989 as the Executive Vice President of Help on Demand. In 2011, they moved to Think! Inc. | 5600blue as a Negotiation Consultant. In 2019, they founded LEAD Gig Economy Global Network-Hosted by Stanford, with a focus on providing business advice to underserved small and medium businesses. Ron currently works as an Innovational Business Development at BMI Mechanical, Inc.

Ron Lerma completed their Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Systems at Long Beach City College between 1980 and 1982. Ron then went on to obtain a Stanford LEAD: Corporate Innovation Certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in March 2020.
