Lyndsey Callear has over 20 years of experience in customer relations and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Relations at thinkmoney since January 2017. Prior to this role, Lyndsey held the position of Operations Manager at Think Money Group from January 2015 to December 2016. Lyndsey began working at Barclays in August 2000, progressing through various roles including Operations Manager, Team Leader, and Customer Service Agent, until December 2014.
