Craig Johnson has extensive experience in operations management, particularly within contact center environments. Since November 2016, Craig has been involved with the American Association of Private Lenders and Think Realty. Prior to this role, Craig served as Site Director at STARTEK/ACCENT from July 2007 to January 2016, overseeing day-to-day operations, workforce management, human resources, training, and IT. Craig’s career began at AT&T, where from 1980 to 2007, responsibilities included directing call center operations for customer care and sales, managing multiple sites with a workforce exceeding 800 personnel. Craig holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Baker University, earned between 2004 and 2007.
