Elsa Carlson

Elsa Carlson is an experienced professional in education and program management, currently serving as the Professional Development Program Leader at Think Small® since June 2024. Previously, Elsa held the position of Education Program Manager at Roseville Area Schools from December 2021 to August 2024 and served as Non-Profit Program Coordinator and Trainer & RBPD Support Services Manager at Child Care Aware of Minnesota from June 2016 to August 2024. Elsa's earlier career includes work as a Birth & Postpartum Doula from August 2012 to October 2017 and as a Nutrition Educator and Peer Breastfeeding Counselor at Ramsey County Public Health WIC. Additionally, Elsa was a Bilingual Associate Educator at Minneapolis Public Schools from August 2004 to November 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies and Spanish from the University of Minnesota and a Certificate in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Hamline University.
