Sunil Rottoo

Sunil Rottoo has over 25 years of work experience in the software engineering field. Sunil began their career in 1993 as a Member of Scientific Staff at Bell Northern Research. Sunil then worked as a Consultant at Bell Sygma from 1994 to 1996, and as a Senior Software Designer at General DataComm from 1996 to 2002. Sunil was then a Senior Software Designer at Miranda Technologies from 2002 to 2003, and a Senior Software Designer at Adacel from 2003 to 2004. Sunil then worked as a Senior Software Designer at AirSage from 2004 to 2006, and as a Senior Software Engineer at Idilia from 2006 to 2011. Sunil then worked as a Senor Software Designer at Zimmer CAS from 2011 to 2012, and as a Head of Platform Engineering at Datacratic from 2012 to 2015. Sunil is currently a Director of Advanced Development and a Principal Software Engineer at THINK Surgical since 2015.

Sunil Rottoo obtained a B.Sc. (First Class Honors) and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba between 1985 and 1991. Sunil also holds two Coursera Course Certificates, one in Image and Video Processing: From Mars to Hollywood with a Stop at the Hospital (obtained in March 2016) and one in Introduction to Swift Programming (also obtained in March 2016).
