Kelsey Champion (MBA, SHRM-CP)

Kelsey Champion (MBA, SHRM-CP) has a diverse work experience spanning a decade. In 2010, they began their career as a Recruiter with Adecco Employment Services. Kelsey then moved to Maxim Healthcare Services in 2011, where they held the role of Corporate and Divisional Recruiter/Generalist. In 2013, they joined LifeNet as an HR Generalist. In 2015, they began working for VT Group as Manager, Recruitment and Retention Programs and Corporate Recruiter. In 2019, they accepted the role of Recruiting Manager- Professional Services (IT/Engineering) with TAD PGS, Inc. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as Manager- Recruiting and Delivery with Think.

Kelsey Champion holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Old Dominion University. Additionally, they hold certifications from HRCI and SHRM as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), respectively.
