Lara Hursh

Lara Hursh has worked in the recruiting and staffing industry since 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Staffing Specialist at Gill Staffing, where they provided temporary staffing solutions in light industrial, clerical, professional, and contract staffing needs. In 2021, they began working for TAD PGS, Inc. as a Technical Talent Sourcer, providing human resources solutions to the federal government sector. Later in 2021, they started working for Premier Talent Partners as a Recruiting Sourcer, disrupting the once-antiquated recruiting industry. In 2022, Lara Hursh began working for Think as a Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Sourcer, providing services to commercial customers as well as state/federal public customers.

Lara Hursh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2020. Lara also holds a Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained in June 2019.
