Shamir Somji

Shamir Somji has over 20 years of professional experience in the government services, financial services, and technology verticals. In 2021, they began their current role as Vice President & Managing Director of Government Services at Think. Prior to this, they were Vice President of Operations at HighPoint Global from 2016-2021, where they were responsible for full Program oversight of the CMS TQC contract and operations for over 200 team members. From 2013-2016, they were Vice President - Sr. Project Manager at Think Systems, Inc., where they operated in a dual capacity as a Senior Project Manager and Vice President to achieve growth from 4 to over 30 consultants. From 2008-2013, they held various positions at T. Rowe Price, including AVP, Manager, Group Manager, and Client Operations Manager. From 2005-2008, they were Client Operations Manager at T. Rowe Price. Before that, they held various positions with the company from 2000-2005. In 1998, they founded and managed Starcaps, Inc., a family-owned customized embroidery company that has been in business for the past 13 years.

Shamir Somji attended Towson University from 1995 to 2000, earning a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Prior to that, they attended Joppatowne High School. No additional certifications are listed.
