Deepankar Roy

Deepankar Roy has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Deepankar is currently serving as the Head of New Business at Think Talent Services since 2022. Prior to this, in the same year, they worked as a Marketing Specialist at Elemetrik, where they focused on enabling consulting teams to go digital with their talent management solutions.

From 2020 to 2021, Deepankar worked as a Business Consultant, and from 2015 to 2020, they co-founded and directed MindScroll, an easy-to-use learning and assessment platform.

Before that, from 2012 to 2015, they were the Sr Manager at ESQ Management Solutions, responsible for building their training solution business.

In 2011, Deepankar served as a Sr Manager of Marketing and Communication at NIIT Yuva Jyoti, and from 2010 to 2011, they were involved in national marketing planning and implementation for SAP Education @ NIIT.

Additionally, they have also held various roles at NIIT, starting from 2000, including Sr. Manager of Strategic Marketing Organization, Communications Design Analyst, and Designer-Media.

Earlier in their career, Deepankar worked as a Media and Marketing Manager at Indianmariner.com and Jobhost-india.com.

Deepankar also has experience as a freelance designer, where they worked on projects such as designing print advertisements and creating photo portfolios.

Deepankar Roy graduated from Carmel Convent School in 1985 with a Class 3 degree. Deepankar then attended RamKrishna Mission Vidyapith from 1985 to 1992, where they obtained their AISSE degree in Science. In 1992, they completed their AISSCE from Mira Model School. Deepankar went on to pursue a B.Sc in Microbiology from Delhi University between 1994 and 1997. Deepankar continued their education at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, earning a PGCSM in Sales and Marketing from 2007 to 2008. In 2010, they attended the Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI) and completed an Advanced Program in Digital Marketing as well as an Advanced Program in Search Engine Marketing: Pay Per Click Advertising.
