Previously, Sumita led the Acceler8 Business Unit at Think Talent, emphasizing innovation in talent management. With a robust background at Elemetrik in global platform sales and diverse roles at Think Talent Services, Colgate Palmolive, and Hindustan Coca-Cola, Sumita has consistently driven growth, managed significant accounts, and established successful partnerships. Sumita holds two MBAs in International Marketing and Marketing with International Business, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science.
