Kelly Kehoe has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Kelly currently holds the position of Chief Service Officer at CCIG, where they are responsible for determining the strategic direction and enhancing solutions to deliver exceptional service to clients. Prior to this, Kelly held the role of Chief Client Officer at The Horton Group, where they facilitated the strategic direction of non-sales operations and oversaw the client experience. Kelly also served as a Client Executive, providing direct support to the sales team and managing a team of client executives. Earlier in their career, Kelly held the position of Director of Property & Casualty Operations, where they developed workflows and processes and managed staffing. Kelly began their career as an Account Executive, strengthening client relationships and handling day-to-day client needs.

Kelly Kehoe earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from Lewis University from the years 2003 to 2011. Prior to that, Kelly attended the Insurance School of Chicago in 1994 and obtained an Associate in General Insurance (AINS) degree. In 1993, Kelly also completed the Property and Casualty Producer License program.
