Avivah Wittenberg-Cox is the CEO of 20-first, a company focused on enhancing gender, generational, and cultural balance in business. With a robust background in leadership and academia, Avivah serves as a contributor for Forbes, a faculty member at LinkedIn Learning, and co-director of the Longevity Leadership Programme at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. Additionally, Avivah holds the position of adjunct professor at DePaul University while also acting as a podcaster for 4-Quarter Lives. Recognized in September 2023 as a member of the Thinkers50 Hall of Fame, Avivah has delivered three TEDx talks on gender balance.
