Lekeisha Harding

LeKeisha Harding has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. LeKeisha is currently the Director of Community Relationships at Thinkery. Previously, they worked as a Consultant at Pueblo Collab, supporting culture change and inclusive practices in organizations. LeKeisha also founded E.A.S.E.L., LLC, where they promoted healing, agency, and change in organizations. LeKeisha has experience as an Educational Consultant at the Teaching Institute for Excellence in STEM, where they facilitated and monitored school and district assessments and developed STEM school turnaround plans. LeKeisha also worked as a Consultant at STEM Learning Ecosystems, overseeing STEM Learning Ecosystems and planning virtual convenings. Prior to that, they held roles at Metro Nashville Public Schools, including Classroom Management Specialist, Instructional Coach, and Teacher.

LeKeisha Harding attended Vanderbilt University from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Master of Education - MEd degree. The focus of their studies at Vanderbilt was on Teaching and Learning In Urban Schools. Prior to that, they attended the University of Washington from 2007 to 2011, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Education with a specific focus on social diversity.
