Melissa Brachfeld, SHRM-CP has worked in the Human Resources field since 2012. From 2012-2015, they were employed by The Execu|Search Group, where they held the roles of Director- Healthcare Division and Executive Recruiter. From 2015-2018, they worked at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital as a Learning & Development Consultant, Training Specialist, and Senior Recruiter. In 2018, they founded their own company, Transformational-Concepts, where they served as Founder & CEO - Leadership Development Consultant & Executive Coach. In 2020, they joined ThinkHuman as Head of Facilitation Success, Executive Coach / Senior Facilitator / Content Designer, and Mind Gym as Solutions Designer.
