Cailin Hillier

Cailin Hillier is a seasoned professional in user experience research and consultancy, currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Thinkific since March 2021, where the focus is on empowering customers to create and deliver online courses. Cailin is also the founder of Hillier Culture Studio and previously held the role of Process Manager at Biome Renewables. Cailin's career includes significant experience at the Creative Destruction Lab in various managerial roles and as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Canada, specializing in Financial Services Transformation. Additional experience encompasses program coordination with the Canadian Water Network, where Cailin managed multiple research projects and funding initiatives, and research roles at the University of Waterloo and AMEC Earth and Environmental. Cailin's academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Toronto and two degrees from the University of Waterloo in Earth Science and Geological Engineering.
