Nisha Shukla MacMillan

Nisha Shukla MacMillan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in revenue strategy, operations, and business analytics. Currently serving as VP of Revenue Strategy and Operations at Thinkific since May 2025, Nisha previously held the role of Vice President Strategy and Operations at NextRoll from June 2021 to May 2025, overseeing strategic initiatives across two business units. With a significant tenure at LinkedIn from November 2011 to June 2021, Nisha advanced through multiple leadership roles, including Vice President Revenue Operations and Director of NAMER Customer Success for LinkedIn Learning Solutions, where key accomplishments included executing successful go-to-market strategies that generated substantial revenue and building strong customer success teams. Earlier career experiences include consulting roles at Capco, Booz and Company, and Oliver Wyman, along with engineering positions at Intel. Nisha holds an MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School and a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
