Juan Carlos Alcaide Casado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and marketing. As General Manager at MdS │ Marketing & Silver Economy since 1995, Juan Carlos specializes in customer service design and client retention strategies. In 2019, Juan Carlos founded The Silver Economy Company, serving as CEO and focusing on consulting, strategy, and events related to the Silver Economy. Juan Carlos also holds positions as Director Asociado at Auren, where the Silver Economy expert center is directed, and as a lecturer at ESIC Business & Marketing School since 1994. In addition, Juan Carlos is active in several organizations, including the Asociación de Marketing de España and as a speaker for various industry events. With a degree in sociology, marketing, and research from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Juan Carlos continues to contribute to academia and the marketing field through various teaching roles and advisory committees.
