Jem Jelly

Jem is one of the industry’s most prolific Agile coaches, leading over 150 Scrum teams and transformations since 2005. Jem has coached on Agile methods for top global brands in every field, including Dr. Martens, Shell Energy, and Lloyd’s Banking group. Jem brings his passion and lived experience to his coaching and teaching, helping every student and organization discover the “art of the possible.”

For Jem, Agile is not merely a tool for team cohesion and sprinting toward goals. Jem’s teaching style is highly personalized, seeking to help Scrum students and aspiring scrum masters apply Agile methods on the team level, organizational level, and in daily life.
