Chris Calvosa

Chris Calvosa has over 25 years of experience in sales and business development. Chris began their career in 1994 as Assistant Director of Sales for Hilton and Conrad National Sales, where they were responsible for the sale and marketing of all Hilton and Conrad Hotels worldwide, as well as account and relationship management with Fortune 500 corporate and association clients. In 1998, they joined General Media International as Director of Licensing, where they formulated and executed business plans to drive revenue, advance global brand awareness, and increase brand touch-points across numerous licensing categories. In 2004, they joined PMG, Inc as Director of Retail Sales and Marketing, where they expanded brand equity to plan, launch, and direct operations for a licensed bricks-and-mortar retail division. In 2006, they joined C-Squared Consultation as a Brand Development Consultant, where they provided full-service strategic Sales, Marketing, Licensing, and Advertising solutions. In 2013, they joined MakerBot® as Director of Sales, where they led the international sales team and was responsible for growing the international channel. In 2014, they joined Perch Interactive, Inc. as Head of Business Development, where they were responsible for PERCH's interactive technology (software, data, hardware, and cloud services). In 2016, they joined VisionSpring as Vice President of Global Sales and Institutional Partnerships, where they utilized innovative B-to-B distribution strategies to sell radically-affordable, attractive, durable eyeglasses and optical accessories to institutions in lower- and middle-income countries. In 2021, they joined THINKMD as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Sales, where they are responsible for the company's mobile-based clinical intelligence solutions and data platform.

Chris Calvosa has a diverse educational background. Chris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, English, and Music from Kenyon College, a Master's Degree in Interactive Media from New York University, and a High School Diploma from Poly Prep. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from Macquarie University, Excel Skills for Business: Advanced in October 2022, and Excel Skills for Business: Intermediate II in September 2022.
