Minette Tshibangu

Minette Tshibangu has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Werkstudentin at Max-Planck-Gesellschaft. In 2013, they worked as a Communications Intern at Atlanta Business League, where they gained experience in newsletter editing, recruiting support, and project management. In 2015, they joined KA Recruitment Service GmbH as a Recruiting Assistant for a limited period. From 2015 to 2020, Minette worked at i-Pharm Consulting, progressing from a Recruitment Consultant specializing in clinical operations in the DACH region to a Senior Recruitment Consultant and eventually a Team Lead for Clinical Operations. Since 2020, they have been with Thinkproject, initially as a Talent Acquisition Manager and later promoted to the role of Director Talent Acquisition.

Minette Tshibangu earned a Bachelor's degree in Internationale Wirtschaftskommunikation from Hochschule für Angewandte Sprachen des SDI München between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Fachhochschulreife from Rainer-Werner-Fassbinder Fachoberschule für Sozialwesen from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they have also completed certifications in Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM and Leadership Development Programme: Core Stage from The Oxford Group, both in 2022.
