Teodora Traistaru

Teodora Traistaru has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Teodora is currently the Head of Finance Transformation at Thinkproject starting in 2023. Previous to this, they worked at UiPath as a Director of Enterprise Data & BI Analytics from 2017 to 2023, where they built and led a team responsible for delivering key insights to the C-suite and implementing forecasting and reporting systems. Teodora also managed data engineering and business intelligence initiatives across multiple lines of business. Prior to UiPath, Teodora worked at Deloitte Romania as a Senior Associate Transaction Services from 2015 to 2017, where they participated in financial due diligence projects and commercial reviews for various industries. Teodora also worked at KPMG Romania as an Auditor from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, Teodora has a background in chess as a FIDE Chess Master, with multiple achievements at national and international levels.

Teodora Traistaru obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (in English) from Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti, attending from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they studied Finance Banking Insurance and Stock Exchange at the same institution from 2009 to 2012. Teodora Traistaru also holds various certifications in areas such as change management, leadership development, data analysis, and accounting from institutions like Prosci, Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, Tableau, InsightSquared, Kubicle, and ACCA.
