Romina Felahi

Romina Felahi is an experienced Lead Scrum Master at Thinksurance since May 2022, specializing in technical program management, engineering strategy, and ISO 27001 compliance. Previously, Romina held the position of Technical Project Manager at AllCloud, focusing on AWS data migration and project management. At EGYM | DACH, Romina contributed as a Technical Project Manager, implementing Lean, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies along with process optimizations. Early career roles included IOS Software Engineer and Application Manager at Viacom International Media Networks, where Romina managed CMS and REST API systems and developed software solutions. Romina's foundational experience also includes work as a Software Engineer at Viacom and a Product Development Intern in Scrum development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Media Informatics from RWTH Aachen University and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
