Devashish Banerji is a Partner and Leader of Health Supply Chain & Procurement at Thinkthrough Consult. Devashish has over four years of experience in Programme Management, overseeing the complete cycle of the technical assistance grants management cycle for the UK-based Crown Agents. This included Procurement Planning of TA Services, ToR Development, Procurement of TA Services, Contract Management and M&E.

Banerji has extensive experience in the Health Sector, including Health System Reforms, Capacity Building of Health Workforce/Management Cadre, Human Resource Planning, Supply Chain Management, Sectoral Strategy Development and Assessment Studies, MIS and e Health Software Development and Monitoring& Evaluation. Devashish has overseen over 80 TAs involving 100 Individual and Organisational contracts.

The programme Banerji managed was originally designed for 3 years, but was extended by 9 months with additional provision of 3 Mn. GBP. The programme is supporting the MOHFW in development of its next Sector Programme.

Devashish Banerji has a M. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering - Manufacturing Engineering (Core) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and a B. E. in Mechanical Engineering from GEC Jabalpur.
