Gaurav Bhargava

Gaurav Bhargava is the current Senior Vice President Advisory Services at Thinkthrough Consult. Gaurav has also previously worked with Ernst & Young, Population Services International, and KPMG Advisory. From 2004 to 2007, they were with Modicare Foundation where they were a Senior Project Officer. Gaurav was responsible for managing the Foundation's workplace intervention program on HIV/AIDS. Gaurav also provided capacity building support to a number of corporates on development of workplace HIV/AIDS programs.

Gaurav Bhargava has an MBA in Hospital and Health Management from the Indian Institute of Health Management Research.

They are on a team with Komal Malhotra - Partner and Leader HR Advisory, Shantanu Srivastava - National Business Development Leader, and Sanjay Ranbir Bali - Senior Advisor-HR Advisory Services. Gaurav Bhargava reports to Parul Soni, Global Managing Partner.
