Emily Hanks

Emily Hanks is an accomplished Talent Director with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition across various organizations. Currently serving at ThinkWell since November 2020, Emily previously held significant roles at Population Services International as Sr. International Recruiter/Sr. Recruitment Manager, where responsibilities included identifying top talent for executive roles and overseeing recruitment budgets. At Management Sciences for Health, Emily led a team to redesign a talent acquisition tracking system.
