Emily Shearer is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR initiatives and supporting organizational growth. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Global Talent at ThinkWell since December 2019, Emily demonstrates cross-cultural proficiency while overseeing HR-related functions for an international development firm.
