Rhoda Bennet

Rhoda Bennet is an experienced Human Resources professional with significant expertise in managing HR operations across Africa and Asia. Currently serving as the International Talent Manager at ThinkWell since September 2020, Rhoda has previously held senior HR roles including Global Human Resources Manager for TechnoServe from May 2017 to October 2020, where strategic HR business partnering and compliance initiatives were critical responsibilities. Rhoda also served as Human Resources Manager for Technoserve Tanzania from January 2011 to May 2017, overseeing HR strategies and operations in Rwanda and Tanzania. Prior experience includes leading the HR department at Dovetel (T) Ltd from 2008 to December 2010. Rhoda holds a degree from Mzumbe University.
