Randy Ewing

Randy Ewing is currently the Principal of Design at Thinkwell Group. Randy has been with the company since November 2005 and in their current role since August 2021. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President of Design at Thinkwell Asia from November 2005 to August 2021.

Ewing's career in design began at The Walt Disney Company where they worked as a Show Designer from January 1993 to December 1995. Randy then joined Spectra Entertainment as Director of Design and Senior Designer from January 1996 to December 2000. In January 2001, they joined Thinkwell as a Senior Designer. Randy was promoted to Vice President of Design in 2004 and then to Senior Vice President of Design in 2005.

Randy Ewing has a BFA in Theater from UC Irvine and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater Design from Utah State University.

They are on a team with Amin Rashmani - Managing Director, Thinkwell EMEA, Marvin Chavez - Associate Director of Graphic Design, and Craig Hanna - CCO. Their manager is Joe Zenas, CEO.
