Matija Jaić

Matija Jaić has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Matija currently works as a Technical Support Engineer at ThinScale Technology Ltd., starting in July 2022. Previously, they worked as a Desktop Support Engineer L2 at PFH Technology Group from October 2021 to June 2022. Matija also had a role as a Technical Support Analyst at Xerox from June 2021 to October 2021.

Prior to that, Matija worked at Ocuco Limited as a Professional Services Engineer from November 2018 to November 2019. In this role, they provided support for a leading Practice Management System for opticians, using various software tools to assist clients of different scales.

Before joining Ocuco Limited, Matija was a Technical Support Analyst at Xerox from February 2017 to November 2018. Matija was also selected as a Technical Support Specialist at FBD Insurance during the same period, where they provided on-site technical support for hardware and software. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Allianz Technologies, ensuring smooth operation of printers within the company and maintaining detailed logs for customer calls.

In 2015, Matija worked as a Field Sales Representative at Visus Forma d.o.o. Prior to that, they served as a Direct Sales Manager at Datalab from October 2012 to January 2015, where they presented and sold ERP software, analyzed the market and competition, and managed the partner channel.

Earlier in their career, Matija worked as a PC Service and repair department manager at Instar informatika d.o.o. from September 2011 to October 2012. Matija also gained retail sales experience as a Retail Sales Specialist at Protis from June 2010 to July 2011, where they worked with customers in IT equipment retail sales, handled offers and invoicing, and managed e-commerce operations.

Matija Jaić completed their high school education from 2000 to 2004 at Tin Ujević High School Kutina. Matija earned a high school diploma with a focus on Economics.
