Meghan Davis is the CEO of Thinx. Meghan has a background in management consulting and has held various positions in finance and commercial operations for Johnson & Johnson. Meghan has been with Thinx since its inception in 2012.

Davis has over 15 years of experience in the life sciences and healthcare industry. Meghan started their career at Huron Consulting Group, where they led management consulting advisory projects for pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Meghan then joined Johnson & Johnson in 2009 as the Country Managing Director/ GM/ Commercial Dir for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Portugal. In this role, they were responsible for the P&L of the company and oversaw the pharmacy, mass market, and e-commerce channels, as well as shopper marketing, category management, sales force effectiveness, and revenue growth management. Davis then moved to the finance department of Janssen Pharmaceuticals, where they were part of the Finance Leadership Development Program.

In 2012, Davis joined Thinx as its CEO. Under their leadership, Thinx has become one of the leading companies in the menstrual hygiene space. Thinx is committed to making period products more accessible and affordable for all people who menstruate. In addition to their work at Thinx, Davis is also a mentor and advisor for various startups in the healthcare and consumer goods space.

Meghan Davis has a BS in Biology/Science Pre-Professional from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
