Wendy Lam

Wendy Lam has over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry, with a focus on production and sourcing. Wendy currently holds the position of Vice President of Product Development and Sourcing at Thinx Inc. Prior to this, they worked as the Associate Vice President of Production & Sourcing at Victoria's Secret. Wendy also served as the Senior Director of Production at Tommy John for six years. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at companies such as The Children's Place, Banana Republic, ANN INC, LIZ CLAIBORNE INC, and Perry Ellis. Throughout their career, Wendy has demonstrated their expertise in managing production processes and sourcing operations.

Wendy Lam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Science and Business with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Waterloo. In July 2017, they obtained additional certifications in Communication and Executive Leadership from LinkedIn.
