Bayan Alkharji

Bayan Alkharji is an experienced workforce planning and organizational development professional currently serving as Workforce Planning Manager and Organizational Development Team Leader at THIQAH since November 2020. Prior to this role, Bayan worked at stc as an OD Business Partner Supervisor and Workforce Planning Specialist, focusing on workforce studies and organizational design. In earlier positions at Security Forces Hospital in Riyadh, Bayan served as an Organisation Development Planner and Human Resources/Planning Specialist, contributing to the design of organizational structures and managing manpower databases. Additionally, Bayan gained training experience at the Academic Consul of the Education and Training, where skills in human resources and communication were taught to students. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from King Saud University and an ongoing Master's degree in MBA from The University of Manchester.
