Susan Chu is the Global Head of Total Rewards at Third Bridge. Susan has over 20 years of experience in human resources and organizational development. Susan has a passion for helping companies build great cultures and attracting and retaining top talent.

Susan Chu founded CultureCrush.me in August 2018. The culture assessment platform provides organizations with analytics and insights to improve leadership and team alignment, hire the best fit candidate, drive organizational change and improve workplace culture. In January 2021, Susan transitioned from CultureCrush to their current role at Third Bridge.

Prior to CultureCrush, Susan was the CEO & Founder of VEOS360, a company that provides strategic HR and organization development knowledge and support to companies experiencing change, growth and disruption. Susan focused on culture growth, change readiness, talent brand, workforce analytics and HR technology.

Before starting their own company, Susan worked as a Principal at Davanti Corporation where they led the company's strategy and business development efforts to build new client relationships. Susan focused on delivering strategic insights and operational excellence in the areas of organizational strategy, restructuring, talent management practices and workforce intelligence.

Susan began their career as the Chief Administration Officer at Advance Central Services where they oversaw all aspects of human resources, finance, administration, and facilities for the organization.

Susan has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Susan Chu reports to Philip Vincent, Global Head of HR, Business Partnering. They work with Kitty Wong - HR Specialist, Thierry MAMONT - Human Resources Industry Specialist, and Paul Ponce - HR Consulting Specialist.
