Manasi Pandya

Manasi Pandya is a seasoned human resources professional with over two decades of experience in various HR leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Third Coast since March 2024, Manasi previously held multiple positions at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP from August 2016 to December 2023, including Vice President of Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion, and Senior Director of HR & Organizational Development. Prior experience includes consultancy as an HR Consultant, leadership roles at Precision Drilling, and various HR positions at Schlumberger. Manasi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston, earned between 1998 and 2003.
