Ryan Laemel

Ryan Laemel is a Principal at Third Derivative, a company launched by RMI, where Ryan leads special projects focused on supporting startups decarbonizing hard-to-abate sectors. Prior to this role, Ryan worked at RMI as a Principal, where Ryan led various initiatives in urban mobility, electric vehicles, and climate finance. Before joining RMI, Ryan worked at Yale University Careers as a Project Manager in Carbon Pricing. Ryan holds a B.S. in Geology & Geophysics with a focus on Environmental & Energy Geoscience from Yale University.
