Bob Hogan

Bob Hogan is an experienced real estate development professional with a strong background in managing acquisitions, entitlements, and construction for Build to Rent communities across various metropolitan areas in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Currently serving as President of Single Family Development at Third Lake Development, LLC since March 2021, Bob specializes in acquiring raw land and developing single-family home subdivisions. Previous roles include President of Development at R2 Development, LLC, Vice President of Acquisitions and Director of Renovations at Invitation Homes, and Vice President at J.K. Hogan, Inc., where Bob oversaw all business phases. Early career experience includes project management roles at Shelco, Inc. and Clark Construction. Bob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Syracuse University.
