Julia Joyce

Julia Joyce is a seasoned Business Change Consultant with extensive experience in organisational change management across various sectors. Currently engaged at Treun Consulting and Third Stage Consulting Group, Julia specializes in guiding businesses through ERP implementations and comprehensive change initiatives. Past roles include Business Change Manager at the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, the University of Southampton, and easyJet, where Julia contributed to significant IT and cyber security projects.
