Steve Sneed

Steve Sneed is a seasoned business and technology professional with over 30 years of experience, notably in enterprise-level data processing and IT initiatives within state and local government, corporate, and consulting environments. Currently a Senior Consultant at Alexan RPM since May 2018, Steve conducts QA/Risk Management Assessments for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power ERP Implementation. Additional roles include leading functional and technical teams for the FI$Cal Project, managing data migration for legacy systems, and providing strategic thought leadership in business transformations. Previously, Steve served as Principal Consultant and President of VAST Enterprises LLC, contributing significantly to various government projects including a major PeopleSoft implementation for the State of California. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from California State University, Stanislaus.
