Chiaki Naranjo

Chiaki Naranjo has a diverse work experience in the field of QA and software testing.

Chiaki currently works as a QA Lead at Thirdverse, starting in February 2022.

From 2013 to 2018, they worked at PlayStation as a Software QA Engineer II. In this role, they collaborated with various teams to test applications for the PS4 console. Chiaki analyzed specifications, created test plans and cases, and managed test data.

Prior to that, they worked at Apple as a Localization QA Engineer from March 2012 to July 2013. In this role, they were involved in localizing software for international markets.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Sega of America, Inc. as a Localization QA Engineer from September 2011 to January 2012. Their responsibilities included localizing a Japanese game for release in the US and reviewing user scenarios and test plans.

Chiaki also worked at Zoran as a QA Engineer from April 2011 to September 2011. Chiaki performed black box testing and tested TV systems for Japanese and European clients.

Their first role was as a QA Engineer at LASTH from October 2010 to March 2011. Chiaki tested a social networking and e-commerce application, reviewed documents, and created test documentation. Chiaki also worked on maintaining Selenium test automation scripts.

Chiaki Naranjo attended Konan University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in English Linguistics and Literature. Then, in 2010 and 2011, they attended Portnov Computer School and obtained a Certificate in Software Quality Assurance.
