Erika Khanna

Erika Khanna has held a variety of roles in the communications and people & culture fields since 2016. In 2017, they relocated from England to Canada and completed European travel. That same year, they began their role as Communications: Learning & Innovation at Element AI. In 2018, they were Global Communications Manager at Mill Film and in 2019, they were Communications Advisor at tillit. In 2020, they were Writer & Content Producer at Officevibe and Host of the Looking for Work podcast. In 2021, they were Director of Culture at Swell and in 2022, they began their current role as Head of People & Culture at thirdweb and People Experiences Manager at Sequoia Capital.

Erika Khanna's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications and Cultural Studies from Concordia University between 2008 and 2011, as well as attending Dawson College for Cinema and Communications. Additionally, they have obtained a number of certifications, including a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner from The Knowledge Academy in July 2020, an EFT TFT Master Practitioner Certification from the Complementary Therapists Accredited Association in April 2020, Rapid Video Development for Learning from ATD Valley of the Sun in May 2018, CPR Class C from the Canadian Red Cross in January 2020, a Yoga Instructor Certification - Level I from Yoga Alliance in December 2019, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People from FranklinCovey, and Project Management Essentials from McGill University.
