Jim Kratus

Jim Kratus is a skilled software developer with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently working at ThirtySixteen Group since November 2021. Prior to this, Jim served as a technical lead and software consultant at Pariveda Solutions from March 2020 to November 2021, as well as a software developer at ThirtySixteen Group from October 2018 to March 2020, contributing to automotive industry tools. Earlier in their career, Jim was a mathematics teacher at Mesquite Independent School District from January 2011 to January 2018, focusing on problem-solving and critical thinking in students. Jim also gained operational experience as property staff for Young Life from October 2007 to October 2010, where Jim developed systems for efficient property management.
