Lily Nur Sulaiman is a Senior Research Scientist at THIS™ since July 2021, involved in a Knowledge Transfer Partnership with the University of Leeds. Concurrently, Lily serves as a Visiting Research Fellow and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Reading, focusing on the bioavailability of micronutrients in plant-based foods as part of the Our Nutritious Protein EIT Food project. Previously, Lily worked as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant and completed a PhD at the University of Leeds, specializing in the nutritional and functional properties of Vicia faba isolates. Lily holds a Food Science and Technology degree from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
