Maxim Lobes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Maxim is currently working at Körper-Geist-Harmonie as a Psychologischer Berater, Mental Health Advisory & Support, and Massagetherapeut. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President at MARK and worked as an Accounting Manager in the same company. Maxim also worked as an Assistant Manager and Senior Account Officer at JTC Group, as well as a Senior Accountant at Invesco Real Estate Management S.a r.l. Maxim'sprevious roles include Client Administrator at Equity Trust S.A. / TMF (Luxembourg) S.A., Auditor at Deloitte S.A. Luxembourg, Assistent Controller at CORPUS SIREO S.A. Investment Management, and Stabsunteroffizier in the Bundeswehr. Maxim also gained experience as a Management Assistant in wholesale and international trade at Fliesen Zentrum Kenn GmbH.

Maxim Lobes obtained a Diplom degree in Finance and Controlling from the University of Applied Sciences Koblenz between 2003 and 2008. Maxim also pursued an Erasmus Study Abroad program in Finance, International Trade, and HRM at the University of Malta in 2006. Additionally, they completed vocational training as a Management Assistant in wholesale and international trade at Fliesen Zentrum Kenn GmbH from 1999 to 2001.
