Brooke Quaintance

Brooke Quaintance has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 2001, they co-founded Air Terminal Gifts Inc. and served as the Marketing Director, overseeing brand strategy, retail management, and strategic planning. Brooke also led various marketing initiatives such as PPC campaigns, email marketing, and social media.

In 2014, Quaintance became the Director of Marketing at MOCA Systems, where they were responsible for marketing strategies and execution. Brooke then joined LifeSpan Fitness in 2016 as the Ecommerce Director, managing the e-commerce department and implementing strategies to drive traffic and revenue.

From 2018 to 2021, Quaintance worked at Pattern as the Director of Brand Management, leading a team of account managers and focusing on revenue performance, operations, advertising, and budget planning. Brooke also played a key role in aligning the organization's initiatives with brand growth plans.

Quaintance's next role was at Heyday, where they held various positions including Director of Brand Management, Director of Marketplace Management, and Director of SEO, Merchandising & Channel Ops. During their time at Heyday, they oversaw channel operations, marketplace management, and played a crucial role in SEO and merchandising.

Most recently, Quaintance joined Neato® in 2023 as the VP of Ecommerce.

Brooke Quaintance has a solid educational background in both the field of Marketing Communications and Resource Recreation Management. Brooke completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Resource Recreation Management from the University of Montana, which they pursued between 1995 and 1998. Following this, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Emerson College in the years 2000 to 2001.

In addition to their academic achievements, Brooke Quaintance also holds a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. Brooke obtained this certification in April 2014.
