Angela Albiston-Thouless is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business change management and transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as a Business Change Partner at Org since February 2022, Angela directs a global Organisation Transformation Programme that aligns C-level executive stakeholders with various leads and third-party suppliers. Previous roles include programme turnaround leadership at Certas Lubricant Solutions, programme management for the successful launch of an MSD ERP at Screwfix, and senior project management for the £18m IFRS17 Global Reporting Programme at Beazley. Angela's earlier experience includes management positions at Marsh, Aon, and Wealth Dynamix, contributing to significant cost-benefit targets and strategic transformations. Angela holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and dual bachelor's degrees in Accountancy and Business Administration from Massey University.
