Seb O'Connell

Seb O'Connell has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the professional services and talent management industry. Seb is currently serving as the Group Chief Executive Officer at Org, where they oversee a team of 3,000 employees and 3,000 associates across 10 countries. Prior to this, Seb held key positions at Cielo Talent, including President Global Markets and President EMEA & APAC. Seb also served as the Executive Vice President - Managing Director, EMEA & APAC. Before joining Cielo Talent, Seb was a Board Member on the EMEA Advisory Board at HRO Today. Seb also served as the Managing Director at Randstad Sourceright. Seb's earlier experiences include roles such as Sales & Marketing Director at Spring Group plc, Business Development Manager at Best International (acquired by Spring Group plc), Campaign Manager at MSB International PLC, Campaign Manager at Elan IT, and Key Account Executive - Recruitment at Reed Business Information.

Seb O'Connell attended Tonbridge School from 1985 to 1990. In 1991, they participated in a Spanish Language Course at Universidad de Salamanca during their gap year. From 1991 to 1993, they studied at the University of Exeter. Seb then completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Geography at Queen Mary University of London from 1993 to 1996. In 2011, Seb attended the INSEAD/TiasNimbas Business School for the Senior Executive Program in 2011-2012.
