Management Team

The Management Team at Thistle Farms oversees the strategic direction, operations, and financial health of the organization. Led by the Chief Executive Officer, the team includes leaders in finance, product development, IT and facilities, creative services, and human resources. Together, they ensure the seamless integration of the organization’s mission with its social enterprises, residential program, national network, and global shared trade initiatives, all aimed at empowering and supporting women survivors.
